Brand new re release of this stunning model. The 300 SL 'Gullwing' was a revelation on it's release and an incredibly accomplished racing car.
The T1 is based on the chassis number 00007/55. The test driver Wolfgang Graf Berghe von Trips drove this car from Stuttgart to Dundrod, Ireland, for training for the Tourist Trophy of 1955. The model is a limited edition of 1000 models worldwide.
A fabulously detailed model with full engine, chassis, suspension, steering and interior detail. The model comes with leaflet, cloth, side vent cover, headlight shades, panel opening suction tool, red leather outer box and card outer sleeve.
